Sharing a great post: Impossible Cheesecake Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9" pie pan with nonstick baking spray containing flour and set aside. In blender container or food processor, combine milk, 2 tsp. vanilla, eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and baking mix.
